What does it cost?

Nothing to sign up. We have simple transparent pricing once the trial period is over. Founding Members get Pro-level features free for the first 90 days. After that you choose Pro ($99/mo), Featured ($199/mo), or Premier ($299/mo, only 3 spots per trade per county). Founding Member rates are 25% lower: $74.25, $149.25, and $224.25 per month, for as long as you stay subscribed.

What happens after 90 days?

You pick a paid plan: Pro, Featured, or Premier. If you don't choose one by day 90, your listing is paused, not deleted. You can reactivate it anytime. Your 90 days begin on launch day, not on the day you sign up.

Why is insurance required if my trade has no license?

Homeowners are letting you into their homes. Insurance protects them and protects you, and it's how the Verified badge means the same thing on every listing. Trades without state licensing, like handyman, check a box instead of entering a license number. Insurance is still required.

Will homeowners call me?

No. Homeowners send an online request through your listing, and your phone number is not shown publicly. Every lead is tracked, so you can see exactly what we delivered. Your job is to respond to homeowners as soon as possible.

How do I get verified?

Submit the form, then email a copy of your certificate of insurance (and your license, if your trade requires one) to fixitprosdirectory@gmail.com. We check them before your listing goes live.

Yes. You're not locked into a contract, so you can cancel anytime.
